Pigeon Rock Water Supply Ltd (1382568) (PRWSC) is a joint venture between Cornish Point Development Ltd and Cairnmuir Station Estates Ltd
Formed in Aug 2003 it operates a private water supply company that services the specified owners of land fronting Pigeon Rock ,Cairnmuir and Paterson Roads at Cromwell
PRWSC supplies irrigation water and domestic supply for land owners
The company now has a total of 8 tanks in the Domestic System, two at the pump shed and six at Tank Farm B, equating to 240 m3 of storage
Permits issued By ORC (Otago Regional Council) to withdraw water expire Sep 30 2028
Irrigation draws run from 1st Sep to April 30th each year
What We Do
PRWSC supplies irrigation water and domestic supply for land owners The terms for the supply of water are established by a covenant registered on the titles of land entitled to receive water from the Company. The Covenant provides for the Company to establish and review rules for the operation of the scheme and the rates to be charged on an Annual basis.
