Reliable irrigation and domestic water for Cornish Point

Pigeon Rock Water Supply Ltd (1382568) is a joint venture between Cornish Point Development Ltd and Cairnmuir Station Estates Ltd. Formed in August 2003, we operate a private water supply company servicing specified landowners across Pigeon Rock, Cairnmuir and Paterson Roads.

The terms for the supply of water are established by a covenant registered on the titles of land entitled to receive water from the Company. The Covenant provides for the Company to establish and review rules for the operation of the scheme and the rates to be charged on an annual basis.

Each year an Annual Plan is produced by the Company setting supply terms and costs. Irrigation draws run from 1st September to 30th April each year, with domestic supply available year-round.
